When at Bodegas El Maestrino we receive the grapes, the trailers are weighed and then poured into our hopper, which through their siphons push the grapes to the vineyard.

When entering the trampoline the one goes through a different process depending on whether it is white or ink.

Note that we perform the process in a continuous system, so people who work with the product are not in direct contact with it at any time.

Once the process for each type of grape has been carried out, the product rests in our stainless steel tanks in which must is processed into wine, by means of controlled fermentation thereof.

Again we differentiate two processes depending on the grapes to be treated.

Finally, in our cellar is where we carry out the aging process of the wine, specifically our red wines crianzas, which spend between 6 or 8 months in American oak barrels, aging quietly to get unique aromas.
